Guess what? More rocks!
Yankee Boy Basin is my favorite spot in Colorado. It is a beautiful mountain meadow with several small streams coming together into a larger stream creating the twin falls. The flowers were perfect! The kids played in the water, hunted for fools gold, and picked a few flowers. Madalyn learned about the Colorado state flower and many others. We needed Oma and Opa to tell her the names of all the mountain wild flowers.
